At ODs Designer Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.
Pack Your Items
Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included to help us identify your order.
Generate a Label
Visit our online returns portal to purchase a shipping label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the parcel back to our headquarters.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at a local post office or collection point, making sure to keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
